The company, was founded in 2003 with a vision to provide emergency loans to Civil Servants, TSC members and employees of selected companies. Role Overview

A Sales Associate – Logbook Loans is responsible for sourcing clients, promoting logbook financing products, and driving loan disbursements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and onboard potential clients in need of logbook loans
  • Market and promote logbook loan products to individuals and businesses
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete
  • Conduct preliminary appraisal of motor vehicles used as collateral
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement
  • Support loan collections and ensure portfolio quality is maintained

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in microfinance, banking, or asset financing
  • Strong understanding of sales process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Basic understanding of motor vehicle valuation is an added advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
