Responsibilities or duties
Specifically, the Sales Associate-Private Seller at Peach can expect to undertake the following elements:
- Seller Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers through personalized communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive selling experience.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end seller journey from initial contact to closing, ensuring all processes are executed in line with company standards and policies.
- Seller Guidance & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing step-by-step guidance and addressing inquiries throughout the selling process.
- Vehicle Listing & Pricing Support: Assist sellers in listing their vehicles effectively, including providing pricing guidance based on market trends to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Negotiation & Closing Support: Coordinate negotiations and support the closing process to ensure accurate representation and successful transactions.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Clearly communicate the selling process, educate sellers on platform features, and proactively resolve concerns or disputes to maintain high satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues impacting sellers and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics related to seller activity and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications or requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer experience, or a related field
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including handling inquiries and complaints
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts or support customer success processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present information clearly and persuasively to customers
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales or a related industry
- Background in retail sales or high-volume customer-facing roles
- Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
