Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to grow the cakes division and increase brand visibility.
• Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Strengthen brand presence through creative promotions, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in confectionery, bakery, or food & beverage.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and brand positioning.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and trade marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative, innovative, and results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
