Reports To: Team Lead Department

Consumer Technology

Location: All branches

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to stores to monitor sales, stock levels, pricing, and execution.
  • Ensure high merchandising standards across all branches.
  • Supervise merchandisers to maintain accurate stock records and verification.
  • Monitor and resolve stock-outs and overstock situations.
  • Submit daily branch visit reports and follow up on stock variances.
  • Coordinate with branch managers to resolve operational issues independently.
  • Ensure timely execution and visibility of promotions and price changes.
  • Support invoice follow-ups and ensure proper planning of stock takes and leave schedules.
  • Develop initiatives to drive and maximize sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports.
  • Conduct weekly stock checks for online platforms at key branches.
  • Manage the end-to-end warranty process, ensuring only valid claims are processed.
  • Maintain and track a pipeline report for all warranty cases.
  • Prepare monthly pricing comparison reports (branch vs. company pricing).
  • Conduct weekly competitor price analysis and provide insights.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reports.
  • Manage consignment accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Presenting, promoting and selling products & services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Overseeing the team of sales representatives at all dedicated branches
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Providing help to determine pricing schedules for offers and promotions.
  • Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potentiality for new products and services.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for this Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Sales and Marketing or any other field.
  • At least 1 year’s work experience in Sales.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales trends.
