SALES EXECUTIVE – NAIROBI
Our client, a leading provider of dental equipment and consumables, seeks a Sales Executive to drive growth across Kenya. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting premium products to clinics and hospitals, and engaging dental professionals to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a diverse range of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand usage, benefits, and maintenance.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends in the dental supplies market.
- Collaborate with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional client service.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in the dental or medical supplies industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of dental equipment and products is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
