Job Brief:
Responsible for retaining existing customers, onboarding new ones, delivering high-level customer service, and providing aftersales support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis on competition and trends.
- Follow up on customer queries and business development opportunities.
- Maintain good client relationships to shorten sales cycles and increase revenue.
- Assist sales team in maintaining records, pricing, and activity reports.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and familiarize clients with products/services.
- Follow up on product/service issues on behalf of clients.
- Conduct weekly/monthly client meetings (virtual or in-person).
- Drive business development strategies and reports as requested.
- Provide aftersales service, including courtesy calls and site visits.
- Offer timely, accurate, competitive pricing in proposals to achieve profits.
Requirements & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the energy-related sector.
- Strong business networking acumen to achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented with internal/external stakeholder management.
- Self-starter and results-oriented personality.
