Job Purpose:

Our Client is seeking a results driven and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive travel sales by acquiring and managing clients across institutions, corporate, and NGOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect and generate new business opportuntires
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve abnd exceed revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver compeling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after sales support
  • Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance
  • Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality or related industry
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales and achievinbg sales targets
  • Self driven, proactive and able to work independntly
  • Experience dealing with institutions and corporates
  • Strong business development and networking skills
  • Customer focused with a consultative sales approach
