About the Role
Our client is a growing hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and customer experience business offering services across accommodation, events, leisure, recreation, travel, and curated experiences. The Sales Lead will drive business growth through new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation across B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new business across hospitality, travel, events, and lifestyle services
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and partners
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close agreements
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Track sales performance and revenue projections
- Monitor market trends and provide commercial insights
- Represent the organization at networking events and industry forums
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, hotels, events, or lifestyle industries preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Existing industry networks and experience selling high-value services is an advantage
