PAIX Data Centres is a leading provider of data center solutions. We are committed to delivering reliable and secure infrastructure for businesses in the region. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya.
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably within data centres, telecommunications, IT, or technology industries.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Nairobi, Kenya. You will be part of a growing and dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.
