Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team.

. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Important to note

Must have worked in a food and testing laboratory as a sales and marketing person

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field.

. 3-7 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in food testing or laboratory services.

. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

. Knowledge of food testing or technical laboratory services.

. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

. Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
