Sales & Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence across our network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operations across all pharmacy branches.
- Drive branch sales performance and achievement of monthly targets.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rotas and branch staffing plans.
- Coordinate branch stock transfers and monitor implementation of pricing.
- Conduct routine branch visits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer service standards.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
- Coordinate branch promotions, activations, and sales campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Investigate and resolve operational challenges, escalating complex matters to the Chief Pharma where necessary.
- Work closely with the Chief Pharma to implement operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience managing multi-branch retail operations, preferably in the pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or retail sector.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, team leadership, and operations management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems. the position you are applying for.
