Roles/Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to clients, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years Proven experience in sales (automotive sales preferred)
- Be 30 years of age or older.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good understanding of automotive products and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Persuasive and confident presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of financing and sales processes
- Good understanding of customer service principles
