About the Role

Liberty Life Assurance is seeking experienced, ambitious, and performance-driven Sales Representatives to join our Nairobi team. This is an opportunity for seasoned sales professionals who are passionate about financial services and committed to delivering tailored insurance and investment solutions to clients.

This role offers unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission structure and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking and referrals
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis
  • Present and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions
  • Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed set targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide after-sales service and portfolio reviews
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • KCSE Certificate
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • IRA qualification is an added advantage
