Responsibilities or duties

Our client is seeking to recruit a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications or requirements 

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
  • Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Experience needed

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage

  • Identify and pursue new customers to increase sales opportunities
  • Promote and sell workshop products and services to both individual and corporate clients
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports including daily, weekly, and monthly updates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and stock demand
  • Ensure products are well presented and displayed where necessary
  • Carry out any additional sales-related duties assigned by management
