Description

We are a fast-growing Interior Design company specializing in premium interior décor products. To strengthen our sales performance and accelerate growth, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven sales capability, able to inspire the team, drive revenue, and ensure consistent achievement of set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of annual and monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Ensure each sales team member meets or exceeds assigned sales quotas.
  • Track, monitor, and report team performance against sales budgets, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Oversee daily showroom and field sales activities to ensure excellent customer engagement and service.
  • Chair and coordinate weekly and monthly sales meetings to review performance, set targets, and plan improvement strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales executives, providing continuous feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all client inquiries (walk-ins, social media, B2B, etc.).
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and brand representation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in interior design or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/sales tracking tools.
