Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of a client in the FMCG/Distribution sector for a Sales Supervisor to drive sales performance through effective distributor management and strong in-market execution.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who understands how to balance strategy and execution from managing distributor relationships to ensuring product availability, visibility, and consistent market supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales targets through distributor partnerships
- Monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with pricing and promotions
- Conducting trade audits to eliminate stockouts and improve visibility
- Supporting merchandising execution and in-store excellence
- Providing insights through sales reporting and market intelligence
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
- Proven experience managing distributors
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
