Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of a client in the FMCG/Distribution sector for a Sales Supervisor to drive sales performance through effective distributor management and strong in-market execution.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who understands how to balance strategy and execution from managing distributor relationships to ensuring product availability, visibility, and consistent market supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving sales targets through distributor partnerships
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with pricing and promotions
  • Conducting trade audits to eliminate stockouts and improve visibility
  • Supporting merchandising execution and in-store excellence
  • Providing insights through sales reporting and market intelligence

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven experience managing distributors
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
