Regional Sales Growth Planning

Develop and execute regional sales growth plans, monitor performance trends, adjust strategies

Distributor Performance & KPI Management

Set distributor KPIs, drive accountability and performance

Team Training, Coaching & Development

Conduct training, mentorship, field coaching, build high-performance culture

Performance Evaluation & Corrective Action

Evaluate customer performance and team productivity, implement SMART corrective action plans

BTL Planning & Regional Activations

Plan Below-The-Line activities, ensure execution, track ROI

Resource & Asset Management

Manage company resources and customer asset partnerships, ensure proper utilization and tracking

Team Support & Journey Plan Alignment

Design journey plans, address operational challenges, remove productivity barriers

Reporting, Controls & Data Analysis

Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, ensure compliance

Debt Management & Risk Mitigation

Oversee debt management, safeguard cash flow, identify business risks

Product Listing & Training Execution

Drive new product listings, convene product training sessions

Regional Administration

Oversee regional administrative responsibilities, maintain compliance and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an FMCG supervisory role
  • Strong negotiation skills and solid relationships within GT channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven team management and leadership capability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Travel flexibility across the region
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid Driving License
