Good afternoon, we are looking to hire a Sales Team Leader for our Kisumu branch (preferably someone from the local area)

Our product is electric 3-wheelers (E3Ws).

• Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging content
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote print and design services
• Help design basic graphics for social media, posters, and online ads
• Write creative captions, marketing copy, and content for various platforms
• Research market trends, competitors, and new ideas in the print and design industry
• Work closely with the design team to align marketing content with brand visuals
• Monitor social media performance, track engagement, and prepare simple reports
• Identify opportunities to grow online presence and generate leads
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across all digital platforms
