In this role, you will serve as the primary operational nexus between the management consulting firm, the client’s leadership teams, the regional dealer network, and field trade representatives. A primary focus of the role is driving 100% field adoption of digital Sales Force Automation (SFA) / CRM platforms (Salesforce) to maximize field productivity, customer mapping, and sales penetration.

  • Proactively resolve operational bottlenecks impacting field productivity and escalate structural issues to key stakeholders.

Digital System (Salesforce SFA) Adoption & Data Quality

  • Drive full system adoption and usage compliance across the field team, ensuring mandatory clock-in/clock-out protocols are adhered to.
  • Ensure field representatives accurately map their customer universe, log customer visits, capture sales leads, quotations, and record transactions in real time.
  • Conduct regular data-quality audits to ensure CRM reports are complete, reliable, and up-to-date.
  • Identify usage gaps, arrange refresher training, and work with system administrators to resolve user access or technical issues.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Consolidate, analyze, and present weekly and monthly performance dashboards covering sales volumes, active accounts, new customer acquisition, visit frequency, and repeat purchases.
  • Flag underperforming field representatives and coordinate targeted performance interventions with dealer and regional leads.

Workforce Management, Recruitment & Training

  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, absenteeism, and field replacements in liaison with the management firm.
  • Coordinate payroll documentation, commission validation, and incentive performance metrics.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, candidate scheduling, onboarding, orientation, and deployment of new field representatives.
  • Organize onboarding sessions, CRM tool training, and capability development programs to address field competency gaps.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Sales/Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in programme coordination, sales operations administration, HR coordination, or field team management.

Technical Skills
