Responsibilities
The scientist will be responsible for:
- Leading research on gender responsive digital transformation in agriculture.
- Developing and implementing research methodologies.
- Disseminating research findings through publications and presentations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A PhD in a relevant field (e.g., agricultural economics, development studies, gender studies, information technology).
- Proven experience in research on digital transformation and gender in agriculture.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant research experience is required.

This is a full-time position based at ILRI's Nairobi office.
