Job Summary
Treasure Communications Ltd is seeking a vigilant and professional Day/Night Security Guard to provide safety and security services for our premises and people. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and securing agency assets and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Observational Skills: Vigilance and ability to detect suspicious activities promptly
- Effective Communication: Clear and professional interpersonal skills for reporting and coordinating with team members
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to defuse confrontations calmly and maintain order
- Physical Fitness: Capability to stand or patrol for prolonged periods and respond to emergencies
- Customer Service: Friendly and approachable attitude for interaction with visitors and staff
Requirements
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
- Security Guard Training
- First Aid Certification
- Fire Safety and Prevention Training
- Valid security license issuance or ability to obtain one is an advantage
