Access control: Monitoring and controlling who and what enters and leaves the premises, including verifying identification. Emergency response: Responding to alarms, medical emergencies, fires, or other incidents and assisting with evacuations. Reporting: Documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations in detailed, accurate reports. Incident management: Investigating incidents, such as theft or property damage, and liaising with law enforcement when necessary. Customer service: Assisting employees and visitors, providing directions, and ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor. Enforcing policies: Ensuring people on the premises follow all rules and regulations set by the employer.

Communication: Clearly and effectively conveying information verbally and in writing to staff, visitors, and authorities. Problem-solving and decision-making: Thinking critically and making sound judgments quickly in stressful situations.
