New Restaurant is hiring now
Position: Security Guard
Salary: KSh 19,000 per month
Location: Kenya
Job Summary:
The Security Guard will be responsible for protecting the restaurant, employees, customers, property, and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the restaurant premises.
- Welcome and direct visitors while maintaining appropriate security procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and other designated areas.
- Prevent and report theft, unauthorized access, vandalism, and other security incidents.
- Maintain accurate security and occurrence records.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
- Report suspicious activities or safety concerns to management.
- Work closely with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Maintain professional conduct and good customer relations at all times.
Requirements:
- Relevant security training and experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a security guard is an advantage.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to remain alert during duty hours.
- Honest, disciplined, reliable, and professional.
- Ability to work day or night shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required.
- Relevant Kenyan security certification or documentation is an advantage.

Level of Education: high school
