Job Purpose

The Alternative Investment Analyst will provide high-level financial modelling, structuring and investment analysis support for infrastructure projects, PPPs, and alternative investment transactions undertaken by CPF Capital. The role is designed to support complex project finance, blended finance, securitisations and publicprivate partnership transactions, ensuring that all projects are bankable, financially robust, and aligned with investor and government requirements.

Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications Required

Academic & Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Economics or MBA is a strong advantage.
• Professional qualification (CFA, CISI, ICIFA, ACCA) is desirable.
• Advanced financial modelling skills (project finance, IRR, DSCR, waterfalls, sensitivities).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Infrastructure finance, PPP advisory, Project finance, Development finance institutions, Investment banking or infrastructure funds

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
