Our client, a leading organisation operating in a dynamic commercial sector, is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working at executive level, managing competing priorities, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth running of executive operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, customer engagements, and business reviews, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visas, transport, and expense management.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Support executive business rhythms, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, market visits, town halls, and performance reviews.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing papers, correspondence, and other executive documents.
- Handle confidential business information with the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Provide coordination support for executive projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Continuously improve executive office processes and administrative efficiencies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience providing executive support to senior leaders, preferably within a large, fast-paced corporate or multinational environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, stakeholder engagement, and confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, meeting packs, and correspondence.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High level of professionalism and executive presence.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
