Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing ICT systems and infrastructure for improvements.
• Develop and implement a data governance framework.
• Manage telecommunications infrastructure (phones, mobile devices, internet).
• Manage servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud-based systems.
• Assist in developing policies for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing a business continuity plan.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ICT systems.
• Manage backup and recovery systems.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth integration of ICT systems.
• Monitor ICT-related expenses and adherence to budget.
• Develop relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor the school’s information security program (risk assessment, vulnerability management, incident response).
• Assist in conducting security awareness training.
• Collaborate to identify and implement ICT solutions for school efficiency.
• Provide technical support to staff and users.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Additional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA A+, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an ICT-related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and creative individual with high integrity.
