KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role leads the development and execution of the FMCG MSME sector strategy, ensuring alignment with overall retail and MSME business objectives.

It identifies market opportunities through continuous monitoring of sector trends and drives initiatives that enhance growth and competitiveness.

The role oversees the Healthcare MSME team, ensuring effective resourcing, capability building, and collaboration across Branch and Digital channels.

It partners with product and innovation teams to design sector-specific financial solutions, including tailored lending and payment tools.

The role ensures full compliance with regulatory, operational, and risk management requirements within the FMCG MSME portfolio.

It monitors financial performance, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics to sustain growth and strengthen the FMCG MSME value proposition
