Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Supervisor based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining workplace safety. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, driving efficiency, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of products while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, quality assurance, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Must know machine operations.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools for operations management
• MUST be experienced in the manufacturing or plastics industry.
