Job Summary

• Bachelor's degree in Education.
• 3-5 years' experience teaching Sociology across Key Stages 4 and 5.
• Experience in pastoral care or mentoring students.
• Strong ICT skills for teaching and assessment.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate technology and digital tools in teaching and assessment.
• Ability to mentor students preparing for external exams or competitions.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to student growth.
• The appointed candidate will join Nairobi Jaffery Academy in August 2026.
