We are looking for a Solution Consultant to strengthen our global transformation project SherpaX (3S), bringing in expertise and guidance over the topic of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within the Salesforce ecosystem, as Revenue Cloud Advance (RCA) / Agentforce Renenue Management (ARM) gains traction within the project.

You will prepare and support this implementation initiative, by translating business requirements into clear user stories and coordinating functional and process discussions, while working closely with business stakeholders and paving the way for staffing and expertise growth.

Translate legal, commercial, and business requirements into CLM user stories and functional specifications

Design and validate Salesforce‑based CLM solutions aligned with platform best practices

Coordinate CLM processes across CRM, CPQ, eSignature, and downstream systems

Act as functional liaison between Product Owner, Solution Architect, and delivery teams

Support backlog refinement, UAT, and business adoption activities

We are looking for...

Deep understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) & Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) concepts

Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform concepts, declarative tools and workflows, and familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Contracts, and how they interact with quoting, pricing and ordering

Comfortable facilitating workshops and driving functional alignment, and translating legal and commercial concepts into system logic

Experience working in Agile / SAFe‑like delivery models - writing user stories, acceptance criteria, managing backlogs and delivery pipelines

Strongly Preferred…

Experience with Salesforce CPQ/CPQ+ solutions and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA/ARM)
