Job Role Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager for a prestigious ultra-luxury beachfront hotel located in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing spa staff effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and client bookings.

Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are maintained.

Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and other spa staff.

Develop and implement spa treatment menus and promotional activities.

Manage spa budget, including revenue and expense control.

Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the spa facilities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar senior role within the hospitality or wellness industry.

Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and operational procedures.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in budget management and staff supervision.

A relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Wellness, or a related field is preferred.
