Position Summary
Lead land economics, valuation, urban planning, and highest and best use assessments to support the project’s technical and commercial feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land valuation and highest and best use analysis.
- Assess zoning, planning regulations, and infrastructure.
- Review development constraints and land use opportunities.
- Provide recommendations on optimal land utilization.
Minimum Academic Qualification
- PhD in Land Economics, Urban & Regional Planning, Real Estate, Surveying, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
Professional Qualifications
- Registered and Practicing Valuer, Registered Estate Agent, Registered Physical Planner, or equivalent professional membership.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in land economics, property valuation, urban planning, and development feasibility studies.
