Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for bar, kitchen, housekeeping, and general stores.
  
• Keep an updated register of hotel assets.
  
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile inventory.
  
• Issue stock with proper documentation.
  
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
  
• Record breakages, losses, and write-offs.
  
• Work closely with Procurement and Accounts to ensure effective stock control.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Stores Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience in stores or inventory management (hospitality experience is an added advantage).
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
  
• Strong organizational, numerical, and record-keeping skills.
  
• High integrity and attention to detail.
