Key requirements and Expectations

1)Stock Handling & Operations

  • Ability to arrange,organise and maintain stock neatly and systematically.
  • Ensure the store is clean, orderly and well labelled at all times
  • Apply FIFO principles and identify damaged, expired and slow moving items
  • Support stock receiving, issuing and verification against delivery documents.

2.Dispatch & Delivery Support.

  • Assist with loading and offloading goods safely during deliveries
  • Counter- check invoices and delivery notes before dispatch to avoid discrepancies.
  • Ensure all dispatch and return documents are accurately completed and signed
  • Support deliveries when required and help secure goods in delivery vehicles

3.Accuracy & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate stock movement records
  • Promptly report stock variances and damages to procurement team.
  • Participate in stock taking exercises and support audit activities

4.Customer Service & Communication

  • Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
  • Assist with basic product availability check so and respond to inquiries
  • Communicate delays,stock shortages or issues promptly to the office.

5.Safety, Compliance & Reliability

  • Follow store safety, handling and lifting procedures at all times
  • Demonstrate high integrity, accountability and reliability
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet daily operations demands

Qualifications

  • Certificate (Minimal) in procurement, supply Chain or related field
  • 1-2years of experience in store operations,stock handling or logistics.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and documentation
  • Physical fit and able to handle manual stock movement.
  • Good communication, organisation and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of delivery and dispatch processes is an added advantage.
