Monali Staffing Solutions is hiring a Store Keeper in Karen with a salary range of 30-35k. The responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, overseeing inventory items, and preparing inventory reports. The qualifications include a Diploma or Certificate in Inventory Management, proven experience as a Storekeeper, and proficiency in Excel or inventory management software.

• Maintain accurate stock records, track item quantities and conditions, and conduct regular physical counts.
• Handle check-in and check-out of event materials, verify returned items, and ensure safe loading and dispatch.
• Keep storage areas clean, well-arranged, and labeled; oversee cleaning and minor repairs of inventory items.
• Inspect returned items, record damages or losses, and coordinate replacements or repairs.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams, maintain documentation, and prepare inventory reports.

Communication and interpersonal skills: To build relationships with customers and clearly explain product benefits. Product knowledge: Deep understanding of tyres and spare parts to make accurate recommendations. Sales and negotiation skills: To persuade customers and achieve sales quotas. Customer service: To provide a positive customer experience, handle complaints, and ensure repeat business. Basic math skills: For processing transactions and managing inventory. Inventory management: To help with stock control, organization, and restocking. Computer proficiency: Experience with point-of-sale systems, sales software, and customer databases is often required. Adaptability and self-motivation: To work under pressure, meet targets, and handle multiple tasks.

• Diploma or Certificate in Inventory Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller (preferably in the events industry).
• Proficient in Excel or inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
