Join Our Team as a Store Manager

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

About the Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, supervising store staff, and maintaining a clean, well-organized retail environment. This role is hands-on and best suited for someone who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels — track incoming and outgoing stock, handle stock reconciliations, and minimize losses.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams to fulfill customer orders on time.
  • Supervise and train store assistants and support staff.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout.
  • Generate regular reports on sales, stock levels, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and company policies are consistently followed.
  • Support management with procurement planning and supplier coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management (experience in retail, fitness, or sporting goods preferred).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems or basic ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
