JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our team to ensure excellent service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and coordinate daily front-of-house or kitchen activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and quality.
- Train new team members and manage shift schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
