Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate maintenance activities across the farm, ensuring facilities, machinery, equipment, irrigation systems, and other infrastructure remain operational and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance teams and allocate daily tasks.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify faults.
• Ensure timely repair of machinery and farm infrastructure.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and records.
• Monitor availability and use of spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Ensure maintenance work is carried out safely.
• Liaise with farm management and other departments regarding maintenance needs.

Ideal Candidate

• Technical training or relevant experience in maintenance, engineering, mechanics, or a related field.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
