SUPERVISOR
Job Summary
The Hospitality Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support staff in maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel and restaurant operations.
- Coordinate staff schedules and shift activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
