Job description:
As our System Administrator, you serve as the ultimate owner of our digital resource optimization and technology framework.
A critical pillar of this role is the complete ownership and optimization of our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) infrastructure.
This is a highly strategic, backend role strictly focused on IT auditing, software stack management, and high-level implementation—not day-to-day tech support.
We are looking for an elite, autonomous executor who takes full control of projects without needing to be chased.
You will ensure we have the optimal tools to dominate our industry, interacting exclusively with executive leadership and operations heads to drive ROI. Success is measured strictly by your results, your ability to streamline our technology expenditures, and your flawless execution of system rollouts.
Responsabilities:
- Architect, optimize, and maintain our CCaaS environment, ensuring all supporting modules—such as Quality Assurance, Reporting/Analytics, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Security protocols—are fully integrated and running at peak performance.
- Audit our existing technology stack continually to maximize tool utilization and eliminate any unnecessary software to prevent wasted resources.
- Build the comprehensive framework for all enterprise tools to ensure optimal deployment and functionality across the organization.
- Develop clear use-case plans for proposed new tools and present them to the executive team for quick understanding, valuation, and approval.
- Coordinate the review and receipt of all software vendor contracts to prepare them for final execution by the CEO.
- Design the structural processes for employee tool onboarding and train the tech support team and operations leadership to handle the frontline execution. Create and review regular audit reports on software usage to guarantee that only active, necessary users hold expensive licenses.
- Operate with total autonomy and minimal to zero communication with non-leadership roles while taking full ownership of project lifecycles.
Skills:
- 3+ years of significant experience in systems administration, IT auditing, or software stack management.
- Deep expertise in configuring, managing, and optimizing enterprise CCaaS platforms and their supporting ecosystems (QA, Reporting, SSO, Security).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise software lifecycles, from ROI analysis to deployment.
- Highly autonomous executor who requires zero micromanagement to drive major projects to completion.
- English Fluent, both written and verbal.
- High level of work ethic, professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Proficient in analyzing tool utilization data and license management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and scale processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when managing contracts and user access.
- Ability to handle confidential company data and strategic plans with integrity.
- Stays current with industry-leading enterprise tools and technological advancements.
- Effective at time-management and complex organizational skills
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and executive presentation skills.
