Language Requirement
Advanced English (C1)
Must Have:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for Telecom, Fiber Optics, Utility Construction, Construction, Skilled Trades, HDD/Directional Drilling, or Field Operations roles.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, passive candidates, competitor mapping).
- Experience managing ATS, recruiting pipelines, and candidate trackers.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and clients.
- Advanced English (C1).
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience recruiting for telecom infrastructure, fiber deployment, utility contractors, network installation, or similar companies.
Not a Fit:
Recruiters with experience focused only on Software Engineering, Corporate IT, SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech positions.
