Harley’s Limited is looking to fill the position of Team Leader in its Dermocosmetics line within the Consumer Health business unit.

• Track sales, expenses, sponsorships and field activities. Submit regular performance and investment return reports to the Head of Consumer Health.
• Build a strong company image and stakeholder relationships with Doctors, pharmacies, distributors and MOH Officials, while coaching and engaging the team to consistently meet service excellence standards.
• Support market strategy development, identify growth opportunities, and ensure full execution of product marketing, campaigns and customer coverage plans.
• Drive top-line and bottom-line growth by achieving sales targets, executing monthly sales plans, and coordinating timely product launches with Category and Sales teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, SOPs and audit requirements.
• Ensure sufficient stocks are maintained at all supply chain levels. Coordinate with Category teams for timely processing of purchase orders as per lead time.
• Demonstrate initiative, resilience and a proactive mindset, embracing change and supporting additional finance or accounting responsibilities as may be assigned by Management in alignment with evolving business needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or any other equivalent qualification – A Biological Science University Graduate.
• A strong pharmaceutical industry background with solid product and market knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of dermocosmetic customers and distribution channels.
