Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers
• Ensures a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
• Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
• Ensures zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
• Good Service Delivery on customer service Relationships.

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or any Business- related course
• A practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Team leader /Branch Manager
