The Team Leader Sales – Affordable Housing is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of Property Advisors. • Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Property Advisors within the affordable housing portfolio.
• Set, monitor, and track team sales targets aligned to organizational objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property uptake and maximize revenue generation.
• Motivate and coach team members to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales performance.
• Monitor pipeline activity and ensure timely closure of property transactions.
• Review and support the timely execution of offer letters, sale agreements, and deposit follow-ups.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend data-driven interventions to optimize results.
• Foster a performance-driven sales culture within the team.
• Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior management.
