Role Overview:

Team Leaders to support an upcoming market activation project in Nairobi

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of field sales activators.
• Ensure activators achieve daily recruitment and conversion targets.
• Track activator performance and submit daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate closely with Homeland Salesforce management on project execution.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing field sales or activation teams
• Strong leadership and reporting capabilities
• Experience in FMCG route-to-market or merchant acquisition is an added advantage
