Responsibilities or duties
This role involves leading technical aspects of PPG operations, focusing on natural ecosystems restoration and integrated landscape management. It also includes contributing to the establishment of new terrestrial protected areas. Specific duties will be detailed in the full Terms of Reference.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
A strong background in environmental science, conservation, or a related field is expected. Proven experience in project management, technical leadership, and working with international environmental initiatives is required. Experience needed
Significant experience in leading technical projects related to ecosystem restoration, landscape management, and protected area establishment is necessary. Experience with GEF-funded projects is highly desirable.
