Nexus Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a client in the baking industry for Technical Sales Representatives. The successful candidates will leverage their baking expertise to provide technical support, promote baking solutions, and drive sales growth across assigned territories.

Responsibilities or duties

• Promote and sell baking products and solutions to bakeries and food production clients
• Provide technical advice, demonstrations, and support on baking processes
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
• Travel to customer locations as required

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Certificate in Baking Technology from a recognized training institute (with emphasis on fine baking of cakes, pastries, and bread)
• Strong technical knowledge of baking processes and applications
• Valid Driving Licence
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented

Experience needed

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a thriving baking environment

• Monthly Retainer: Ksh. 50,000 (subject to statutory deductions)
• Commission: 1% of monthly paid sales (net of VAT)
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
