This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and technical advisory.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Identify, pursue, and close project-based sales aligned with set targets
  • Understand construction and technical specifications to generate accurate, tailored quotations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company policy frameworks
  • Conduct regular field visits to expand market reach and build strong contractor and consultant networks
  • Provide post-sale follow-up and technical support to ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with finance and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintain an active pipeline and submit structured sales reports
  • Conduct market intelligence to support competitive positioning and management decision-making

Qualifications or requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales
  • Background in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Sage, Senri, and Microsoft Office tools
