Africa Biosystems Limited is a leading provider of scientific instruments and consumables in Africa. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities or duties
The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling chromatography and mass spectrometry products to customers.
- Providing technical support and product demonstrations.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Market analysis and competitor monitoring.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of chromatography and/or mass spectrometry products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
Experience needed
5+ years with chromatography/mass spectrometry.
