Technical Support Lead

Key Qualifications & Competencies:

Provide technical leadership and expert advisory support on renewable energy and power systems projects, including assessing technical viability and system suitability.

Translate customer requirements and site conditions into efficient system layouts, with strong capability in interpreting and validating solar PV and power system drawings and designs.

Prepare technical proposals, bids, and cost estimates for solar PV and power systems projects, clearly outlining design requirements, scope, and associated costs.

Conduct pre-feasibility and technical assessments for renewable energy and power systems projects.

Offer informed technical guidance to procurement teams, including material specifications, equipment selection, and compliance with project requirements.

Monitor installed renewable energy systems and perform performance analysis, generating accurate reports, insights, and improvement recommendations for management.

Demonstrate strong skills in cost estimation and budgeting for solar and power systems projects, factoring in technical, environmental, and commercial considerations.

Review and validate solar PV and power systems designs to ensure alignment with international standards, best practices and regulatory requirements.
